Scheduled movement practice in a dedicated Dublin room

This page summarises how the space is arranged, what formats are offered, and how to request information. Wording is descriptive only and does not replace your own judgement about participation.

Studio concept

Linear layout with clear circulation

The interior is organised so equipment stays along the edges and the central floor stays open. Sessions follow a published timetable; the room is cleaned between blocks.

Lighting is even, surfaces are non-slip where required, and storage is labelled so items can be returned to fixed positions.

Three standard options are listed for planning purposes. Fees apply per booking window stated at confirmation.

Floor session (60 minutes)

Use of the open floor, mats, and basic props already in the room. Suitable when you want a simple block of time without add-ons.

€28

Guided group block

A facilitator-led slot with a fixed start and end time. Capacity follows the posted room limit; equipment is shared according to the plan for that block.

€22 per seat

Equipment-supported slot

Reserved access to wall bars, bands, and auxiliary items from the storage wall. Return of items is checked at the end of the window.

€34

Arrival

Check the notice at the entrance for the active block name and time. Footwear rules are posted beside the door.

Close-down

Equipment is wiped down with the supplies provided and returned to marked shelves. Windows between blocks are kept short on purpose.
